About the Role
What You’ll Do:
Perform physical tasks including assembly of parts, inspection of material, sorting and repacking
Follow and understand operating guides and part specifications
Maintain quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy, and recording quality results
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Follow safety protocols and report any issues or malfunctions
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent attendance with a strong work ethic
Eagerness to meet daily production goals
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Willingness to learn and take direction
Enjoy working both alone and within a team
Ability to be flexible and switch job assignments/tasks at any given time
Candidates Must Have:
Reliable transportation
Ability to work standing for the duration of entire shift
Ability to lift 40+ lbs
Ability to turn/rotate continuously while lifting/moving items
Favorable criminal background check
Basic knowledge of tablet/smartphone/Bluetooth technology
Basic math and problem-solving skills
High School diploma or equivalent
